Miltiadis Patounas is a Lawyer at the Court of Appeal and a member of the second generation of Patounas Law Firm. With studies and experience that bridge the Greek and international legal environment, he brings a modern approach to the practice of law and the defense of rights.
He graduated with Merit from the European University Cyprus (LL.B.), demonstrating early on his dedication to legal science. This distinction paved the way for further studies abroad, where he significantly broadened his knowledge of international law and finance.
He went on to earn a Master of Law (LL.M.) in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Dundee in Scotland, also with Merit. This specialization enables him to deeply understand complex financial and banking cases, providing valuable solutions in a demanding and technical field.
His professional activity is primarily focused on compensation claims for traffic accidents, where he has achieved significant results for his clients. At the same time, he has successfully handled cases across all major areas of law – civil, commercial, criminal, and administrative – gaining a well-rounded view of the legal landscape.
